Please note that while we keep a wide selection of items in stock, not all colour and size combinations will be immediately available. If this is the case, we will inform you upon receipt of your order. These orders will normally be fulfilled within 14 days. All specially commissioned orders may take up to 4 weeks, depending on current demand. We will contact you when you order to confirm your requirements and give you an estimated date of completion for your order.

Payment

We can accept a wide range of credit and debit cards through WorldPay. Additionally you may also use funds from your Paypal account. Simply follow the instructions at the checkout. If you would like to pay by BACS, cheque, Postal Order or barter, please contact us for details.

Post & Packaging Fees: Simple & Fair

We believe in simple, fair P&P fees. So if you just want to order something small, we won't charge you through the nose. And if you do fancy something a bit larger you will either simply pay the appropriate rate or you can take advantage of our Free Delivery Over £40 offer within the UK and Europe. Magic!

Delivery

We aim to despatch orders within 3-5 working days of receiving full order details and cleared payment. All UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail First Class Mail, unless otherwise specified.

For international orders, we will contact you upon dispatch to inform you of the estimated arrival of your order.

Green Packaging

Where possible, we strive to use sustainable and biodegradable packaging such as brown paper, cardboard and tissue. We have also recently introduced the use of the Degradamailer®, which is a 100% degradable and reusable mailing bag made from Biothene. We also aim to re-use materials wherever possible. This may include padded envelopes, plastic wrap, and even polystyrene, which our suppliers have used in sending items to us.

We ask that you try to re-use our packaging if possible, or recycle using a local recycling scheme. The majority of our packaging (see above) is also fully compostable and biodegradable.

Free Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you will be pleased with your order but, if you are not, we are happy to refund or exchange items. Earthly Treasures will pay for the return First Class postage of your parcel - simply use the postage paid label provided with your order.

Please return items to us unworn, with all labels intact, within 28 days. Please be aware that post and packaging is not refundable, however, you will not be asked to pay additional postage if you request an exchange. Any refunds due will be processed as soon as we have received the item back and determined that it is in good condition. If we find an item has been returned in an unsaleable condition or outwith the 28-day return period, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. Please note that for pierced earrings we can only accept returns that have not been used.

How to Return Your Item

In the first instance, please notify us that you intend to return your item so that we know to expect it and we can update your order with us as appropriate.

If you are returning your order from within the UK, simply stick the postage paid returns label that is enclosed with your order onto your parcel. For insurance purposes we recommend that you obtain a free proof of postage certificate from the Post Office (UK customers only).
