Payment
We can accept a wide range of credit and debit cards through WorldPay. Additionally you may also pay by cheque, Postal Order or use funds from your Paypal account. Simply follow the instructions at the checkout. If you would like to pay by BACS or barter, please contact us for details.
Post & Packaging Fees: Simple & Fair
We believe in simple, fair P&P fees. So if you just want to order something small, we won't charge you through the nose. And if you do fancy something a bit larger you will either simply pay the appropriate rate or you can take advantage of our Free Delivery Over £40 offer within the UK and Europe. Magic!

Delivery
We aim to despatch orders within 3-5 working days of receiving full order details and cleared payment. As harmful carbon emissions are produced in delivering orders to you, we work with more fuel-efficient delivery organisations such as Royal Mail, with all UK orders being sent via Royal Mail First Class Mail, unless otherwise specified.
For international orders, we will contact you upon dispatch to inform you of the estimated arrival of your order.
Green Packaging
Where possible, we strive to use sustainable and biodegradable packaging such as brown paper, cardboard and tissue. We have also recently introduced the use of the Degradamailer®, which is a 100% degradable and reusable mailing bag made from Biothene. We also aim to re-use materials wherever possible. This may include padded envelopes, plastic wrap, and even polystyrene, which our suppliers have used in sending items to us.
We ask that you try to re-use our packaging if possible, or recycle using a local recycling scheme. The majority of our packaging (see above) is also fully compostable and biodegradable.
Returns & Exchanges
At Earthly Treasures we want you to be totally happy with everything you purchase from us but if for any reason an item does not meet your expectations we are happy to refund or exchange items. Earthly Treasures fully complies with the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations (2000). This means that you have the right to cancel your contract (or order, as it's known by most normal people!) within 7 working days for a full refund. Please contact us explaining that you wish to cancel your order, providing your full order details. Please return items to us unworn, with all labels intact, within 7 working days after the day you receive it, for an exchange or full refund (you will not be asked to pay additional postage if you request an exchange). Any refunds due will be processed as soon as we have received the item back and determined that it is in good condition. If we find an item has been returned in an unsaleable condition or outside the 7-day return period, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
Please note that we do not pay for the cost of returning any item to us.
Please be aware that to qualify for free postage your purchases must total over £40. When returning items for a refund if the amount falls below the £40 (which brings the initial order below the qualifying amount) your refund will be the total of goods returned less the postage charges which need to be re-applied.
