What is a Pre-Order and How Does it Work?
We put up our lovely new season stock for you to browse in advance because we know that you'll want to see what's coming in as soon as possible - and we're also impatient to show you! When you look at the individual products it will tell you when we expect our stock for that item to arrive, and that is also when it will be dispatched to you.
What Benefit do I get from Ordering Early?
By pre-ordering you not only get your order in early and ahead of the queue, but we also give you some most fabulous and generous discounts at the time of ordering, which will not be available once we have the new season instore.
This Autumn/Winter, we are offering you the following discounts on all pre-orders:
- - 5% off orders over £25
- - 10% off orders over £50
- - 25% off orders over £200
How simply marvellous is that? Please note though that discounts only apply to pre-order items and not to our sale or normal lines.
So When will I Receive my Items?
If an item says it will be in stock in 3-4 weeks then that is when you can expect to receive it. However we will always keep you up to date by email and on your order notes as to when to expect your items.
